Marco Frattini, Head of B2B Retail Italy at Enel: “The Giro-E is an event that perfectly integrates the values of technological innovation and sustainability with sports, expressing a clear vision of environmental awareness and territorial enhancement. These are the same values that drive Enel’s strategy, and we are proud to support the first Italian race dedicated to electric bicycles for the seventh consecutive year. Our goal is to showcase Enel’s strong commitment and leadership in the energy sector throughout all the stages of the event”.
Alberto Santilli, CEO of Toyota Motor Italia: “Being a partner of the Giro-E means supporting an event that perfectly reflects our vision of mobility: innovative, sustainable, and accessible to everyone. Just as pedal-assist bicycles make the thrill of cycling accessible to all, demonstrating how technology can break down barriers and bring more people closer to the sport, our range of electrified vehicles is designed to offer sustainable and safe mobility solutions for different needs, leaving no one behind. But being alongside the Giro-E also means connecting with a passionate and committed community that shares our desire to make a difference. This goal aligns perfectly with the essence of this event.”
Giorgio Cattaneo, Communication Manager at Continental Italia: “The Giro-E offers a participatory experience and allows people to feel the passion and enthusiasm surrounding cycling in Italy. Riding on the Giro’s route, lined with fans and fully set up for the stage, is something truly unique and extremely rewarding. For the third year in a row, we will be the Title Sponsor of the Continental Green Fun Village, a hub of information and entertainment that engages cycling enthusiasts of all ages in every city along the Giro-E route.”
Matteo Mursia, Chief Revenue Officer of RCS Sports & Events: “The Giro-E is a one-of-a-kind event, an exclusive experience that combines a passion for cycling with innovation and sustainability. We are proud to see this event grow year after year, involving an increasing number of enthusiasts and companies that believe in the value of green mobility. The 2025 edition will be even more spectacular, with a route crossing extraordinary landscapes and offering participants a unique opportunity to experience cycling in an immersive way. With the support of our partners, we will continue to promote an active and sustainable lifestyle, strengthening the bond between sport, territory, and innovation. Our goal is to continue increase the value of this event, providing visibility and targeted activations to our partners in a prestigious setting.”
Roberto Pella, Vice President of ANCI: “The Giro-E is one of the initiatives that we, within ANCI, are strongly committed to developing in the field of youth policies. We firmly believe that investing in education through local workshops and encouraging the active participation of local administrators under 35 can help raise awareness of sustainability and promote innovative public policies for territorial development. The Giro-E is a unique experience that combines cycling for everyone, thanks to pedal assistance, with key themes such as territorial enhancement, safety, and the circular economy. I am sure that this edition will once again deliver excitement and meaningful experiences, thanks also to the ANCI Team, which will take part in every stage!”.
Cordiano Dagnoni, President of the Italian Cycling Federation: “The Giro-E is an extraordinary initiative that combines innovation, sustainability, and passion for cycling. Thanks to pedal-assist bicycles, it offers a growing audience the chance to experience the thrill of the Giro d’Italia while promoting more sustainable mobility. The Italian Cycling Federation strongly supports this event, which is part of our calendar as a cycling tourism event. I have had the pleasure of participating in every edition of the Giro-E since its inception in 2019. It’s a unique experience, accessible to everyone, even those who, like me, are not professional athletes but share a passion for cycling. In 2025, I won’t miss the chance to ride at least one or more stages because that’s the beauty of the Giro-E: making the dream of great cycling accessible to all. My heartfelt thanks to RCS Sport and all the partners who make this event possible.”
Roberto Salvador, Giro-E Director: “This year’s Giro-E will be slightly more challenging than in previous years, with some longer stages and a tough third week, but as always, it will be an event for everyone. We will have two new sustainability initiatives along the route: the Zero Emissions Toyota Point, located at the kilometer zero mark, equipped with Anemotech fabric to combat pollution. In addition, the first regularity trial of each stage, named the Sustainable Kilometer, will use the same material for banners and advertising displays. The Green Fun Village will be even richer this year, involving the host cities with exciting innovations and making the public an active part of the event.”
